Website use
This website is operated under the MARALURE trading name and provides general information about private home management services. You may use it only for lawful purposes and must not interfere with its operation, security or availability.
Membership information
The website displays Essential at €299 per month, Premium at €599 per month and Private Home from €999 per month. The initial minimum membership term is 3 months. Membership then continues monthly and may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice. Membership fees are billed monthly in advance.
Separate costs
Purchases, materials, cleaning and other additional or external services are charged separately unless expressly included.
Enquiries and agreement
Submitting the public enquiry or intake form does not conclude a membership or create a payment obligation. Website information remains subject to the final personalised Membership & Property Management Agreement, which is provided for review and signature before a membership becomes effective.
